Energetics & Somatics: The Power Within is a 3-day immersive mentorship designed to help you remember who you truly are beneath the conditioning, the expectations, and the energetic noise of the world.
Through energy work, somatic healing, and intuitive activation, you will reconnect with your inner wisdom, awaken your energetic sensitivity, and reclaim the power that has always lived inside you.
This experience blends ancient energetic principles with modern embodiment practices, giving you both the awareness and the tools to work with energy for yourself and others.

During our 3 days together, you’ll be guided through both theory and embodied practice, including:
Understanding the energetic field and how energy moves through the body
The relationship between somatics, trauma, and energetic blockages
How to feel and interpret energy in yourself and others

Energetic hygiene and protection to stay clear, grounded, and sovereign
Vibrational healing techniques to shift emotional and energetic states

Day 1 – 2: Immersive Training at COSME
Energetic education, somatic practices, and hands-on experiential learning where you’ll begin to feel, understand, and work with energy in real time.
Day 3: Integration
Our final day together will take place at the beautiful The Joshua Tree House Posada - a peaceful desert sanctuary intentionally designed for restoration, reflection, and deeper connection.
Integration is a critical part of energetic work. This day allows the nervous system and energetic body to absorb, process, and anchor the transformation from the first two days.
During this day, you’ll be guided through gentle integration practices, reflection, and embodied grounding in a serene setting surrounded by nature.
Participants will also have access to the Posada’s Yoga Room, Labyrinth, and Bath House, a deeply restorative wellness space that includes: saltwater pool, hot tub, sauna , and cold plunge.
These spaces are designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and deep integration, allowing your body to fully receive the work we’ve done together.
The day will be slower, spacious, and intentional - giving you time to integrate the energetics, listen inward, and leave feeling clear, grounded, and connected to your inner guidance.
This final experience anchors the workshop not just as something you learned, but as something you embody.
