What You Will Get
Ten 60-minute group coaching sessions
Connecting two days per week
I will be leading 3 groups total with 5 people in each group.
Maximum of 15 clients per cycle
Every other week, all three groups will meet for a hike on Tumamoc as an embodied integration practice
Weekly accountability
Somatic / embodiment practices
Mindset coaching
Astrology and self-awareness
Founding Cohort Cost: $650 / $65 per session
